Clauses 5.2, 5.3, and

- 7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION8.1. Before filing a lawsuit, the parties must attempt to resolve disputes through a written claim (pre-trial settlement).
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results within
30 calendar days of receipt.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court under Russian law.
